people call a company to complain about a product, not to say they like it. Usually people post to complain. I don't know which VR you are talking about but I when I had an absolute need to increase my production, that was a great motivator. I use many different tools from Instant Text to AHK scripts. Like I said before, if I can do it I think just about anyone can.
