It would be easier to just type it outright than deal with VR. Spoke with an IT specialist with another service, who explained to me that VR was doomed to fail from its inception. Dictators will NOT dictate the way the system needs for it to actually work as it was meant to work. Hopefully the OP is not working a second shift or third shift, so that the communication works better.
