I've had success with VR
I fought against it because of the lower pay rate, but when I broke down and tried it I was fascinated and pleased. I'm now making more than I was typing full time. My arms love it too. I'm far above the minimum requirement.
True, VR could be a success for the MTs if VR salespeople
had not made the promise and assurance that VR would double or even triple the output by MTs, and therefore the cpl rate could be halved or even less.

They cut our pay before the salespeoples' statements and promises were proved.

But without the promise of doubling or tripling the output by the MTs, nobody would probably buy their VR software.
This is the whole problem.

I think that were the pay for VR and straight the same, VR would be embraced by the MTs, in the long run, especially if the VR systems get improved.
It needs the same knowledge and is easier on the hands.

Why cannot once in a lifetime something be done in the MTing field that is in favor of the MTs:

Equal pay for VR and transcription.
BRAVO!!! I send you my very best wishes for success! (nm)
