Where did you all get that I was wanting to be thanked? I was not asking to be thanked, but I think Ms. Manners also says to reply with your welcome when someone thanks you, at least thats what I teach my kids!

About the thank you card thing, I send them ALL the time, and most of the time I get a response they yes they recieved it and thank you.  End of story, no merry go round there.
