You asked the owner, and she told you to RE-READ THE MEMO?

Oh, I'm sorry, but that is just inexcusable. She couldn't be bothered to take a few minutes to actually explain it to you, or refer you to someone who could explain it to you, after you took the time to contact her?

I'd be looking for greener pastures just based on her behavior, never mind the VBC.

What is the matter with these people who can't be bothered with their employees' concerns?
