I can't comment on Diskriter, but I've worked for Webmedx for about 8 months now and love it. My account is also supposed to be about half ESL, but I don't notice, or it certainly doesn't seem like it. Yes, you have the ability to look at prior reports. You can also save your own normals and access other people's normals. For example, Dr. X is dictating a lap chole. You can look in the normals and see if anybody has saved this and then bring it into your report.

The new incentive plan is fantastic. Last pay, I made more money than I have ever made in one paycheck in 20+ years of doing this job.

The 12-hour window is a big plus on most days, and my supervisor is wonderful.
