informed the companies that they were in violation of federal law, that they were being reported with backup proof, given proof of the fact that they WERE reported - word might get around about them having their cake and also eating it. The MTSOs generally want to keep a low profile with the Feds -- next thing, they figure, if I'm being scrutinized for IC violations -- NEXT thing I'll get a tax audit.
