Well ...

Well, when I started, I was a little taken aback by the need to be available (as per the contract) from 9:00 to 5:00 EST every day, but so far it seems I can still work mostly whenever I want. Schedules do not equal IC status.

Biggest complaint is the allocation. The Indians that allocate work are pretty......hard to deal with sometimes. There's also a lot of 'chit chat' when you're working, which slows you down.

I believe a lot of their work is moving to VR. Or something else. If you want to know more, email me and I'll try to make a decision whether or not sharing my story is safe (given the recent lawsuit hubbub).

Pay is ish. As an IC, 9 cpl equals about 7.5 cpl after we take out all our taxes. So whatever.

I wouldn't recommend them. Tonya is fantastic. Some of the team leads are pretty cool. No pay for any templates, and the work is just marginal. And everything else leaves A LOT to be desired.
