I'm not an Indian. I live in the US. My resume is in excellent shape according to the above poster. I know I do well on the tests. I am not talking about sending in a resume and not hearing back. I am talking about hearing back about how they would love me to test, then taking the 2-hour long test, and they vanish. For the ones I do hear back on (and the tests are very similar) they remark on how well I did and offer 6 cpl for 3+ years experience.
