You may need a cup of coffee or two. However, point well taken. I think it is a personality thing where some need to feel liked feeling it will secure them a job, which is an illusion. When the bills start to come in and there is no work, they will then see it isn't about how nice the people are if there is no work. However, nice isn't a bad thing. It just can't be the only thing going for them.
