and couple of days, but I am very cautiously optimistic! My account seems to have a good mix of ESLs and good dictators. Even many of my ESLs dictate very well.

Soooo, If you want what I call a more old-fashioned (and I mean that in the best sense like pre-MQ fulltime employment status change 2 years ago), MDI-MD is your choice. I have gotten gentle QA instructions. With the corrections, they also find something good to say too. I really like that no matter how minor it is. Probably just the people pleaser in me.

Good luck with your choice. As I say, a little early, but I hope to say I am very happy in the near future.
