or maybe they quit and can't go back. Then they'd be jealous if good things happened, and they wouldn't want them to. They'd want everything to be bad or stay bad, just so they feel better about the situation.

If you want canned reports try Transtech
ESP for shortcuts and paragraphs and another normal for whole documents. You can look up old reports by patient, doctor, dates, MT, etc. I get a lot of lines at Transtech with this feature.
