1) They admit to offshoring -- if you can live with that, go to 2
2) They overhire. Evidently there is a lot of turnover since it is a rollercoaster between too much work (and production bonuses) then no work for days (even on backup accounts).
3) The Extext platform is great. The dictators depend on what account you are on, but there are only a few that are really stinky. The pay is somewhat below average, but they are pretty lenient as to hours.
All in all I stay because, while I probably could do better I could do lots worse, and I'm not willing to take the risk. I had 3 offers at the same time and thought I had researched well. If I knew then what I know now, I would have picked differently, but what's done is done and I'm not unhappy enough to change.
