Well you are scrutinized because you are -sm

You are an American and held to American standards - it feels like we are almost being penalized for it.  These people could not even legally work in our country but companies like All Type can say they run an American business that is completely staffed by aliens - sending very sensitive information across the waters to people who can do anything they want with it without repercussions.  HIPPA is a joke - your medical records are so private that we send them around the world to people who can use the information any way they wish and our American law has no control to stop it or prosecute. 

I think that if an American company wants to hire foreigners that they should be forced to conduct business by American standards, including pay and benefits.  You want to staff up with India - pay them your American company wages.  If India is what you want and need to conduct your  business - then get the next plane to India and build your business there.  Stop sitting in this country and announcing yourself as an American creating jobs in America when you are building buiness for yourself and India on the backs of hard working Americans.  They don't have hospital business in India because no one fought for health insurance and social reforms to make it available.  Face it - these people are nothing less than illegal aliens that MTSOs have found a way to use without actually breaking a law and therefore put more money in their pockets and build more jobs for India. Can we say, Kathy Lee Gifford? Profits are what business is about but it is time that All Type owner and others like her were scrutinized and forced to deal with some social responsibility like the rest of the tax paying citizens of America.
