What makes me stay at a company? Good communication with management, all departments working as TEAM, professionalism, honesty, recognition for hard work, opportunity for advancement.

What would make me leave a company? Cherrypicking being tolerated/ignored. Co-workers not working their scheduled shifts, resulting in the company having to call me in at all hours. Co-workers not working their scheduled shift, throwing TAT out of whack, and then finally showing up at the end of the pay period to make a mad dash for their lines.

Basically, some of fellow MTs crappy work ethic is what I have the biggest gripe about, rather than the companies themselves.

Maybe quit offering so many incentives and bonuses. Perhaps that would weed out the greedy, lazy folks.

  - 65-character is the way it is now. The clients are smarter and cheaper than sm - MT for 2 long
