I want the company to provide me with medical, dental and vision insurance and long/short-term disability at no charge. I'm a good worker and I feel I deserve that.
I want paid time off. I'm producing for you and making you moneoy. Reward me with paid time off -- pay that is what I already make in production, not a set hourly rate. Look at how much I make and match it.
I want to hear from my supervisor, THAT DAY.
I want a flexible schedule. If I need to take my kids to the dentist, I don't want to have to change my appointment I made 6 weeks ago because 2 days before my Supervisor FINALLY answers me only to deny it.
I want you to guarantee me that if work runs out, you will pay me for my missed time/pay. I can't make up 16 hours of missed time on the last day of the payperiod when you haven't provided enough work.
I want to hear from QA on what I'm doing wrong on my reports so I can improve.
