If you are an EMPLOYEE who has worked more than 1000 hours in the past 12 months for a company that employees more than 50 people, there are 4 words that matter to you:

FAMILY
MEDICAL
LEAVE
ACT

They are supposed to hold your job for 12 weeks. It's the law.
