This seems a bit silly. So, I guess your only longing in life is to be an MT and be jealous of business owners? You never want to own or manage an MT company? If if weren't for the owners of these companies scoring the accounts, you wouldn't even have a job!
Since you seem so creative, why don't you use your powers for good like for an education in something other than MT, or grow your own MT company and see how you think MTs should be paid.
Anyone that works for companies or ICs for companies are just providing a service. They owe your nothing but your pay.
