a few things: whether or not you like the job, whether or not you NEED the job, and whether or not you can take this kind of criticism from this company without becoming upset, because IMO, NO JOB is worth shedding tears over.
Also, I would be apt to think that the veteran MTs would tell her to go shove it, as where the newbies may digress. Again, like I said, it depends on a number of factors.
