Why did the question above bother you? And why are you not with them anymore? These were basic questions which anybody would ask. No, you don't have to communicate with a manager, but you do have to know that you will be included on important information. This was mainly a reference check on a board. None of these questions were out of ignorance, they were to ask present, and past employees to verify what may have been said by a recruiter. If your attitude reflects someone at Diskriter, it makes sense why I have heard they are a bit rude to say the least. Thanks for reinforcing that.
