Sorry if this upset you, I just asked if this was the norm - I have been an IC for 20+ years and this was the first time I had ever had any problems. The trainer was sending me IM telling me what to do but finally had to get a 2nd person to work with me and had no problem, so I do not think it was my fault as the other person had me set up in about 15 minutes. I did not post to be flamed, just asked if anyone else had this type of training.
