I have one account at TT. Yes, it is probably 85% VR but I always get my line count (and more) and have only ever run out of work once on a holiday weekend; even at that, I had made my line count prior to running out, just hadn't finished my shift. I've never had to flex my hours or adjust my schedule, either.

JMHO, but I think being open-minded and flexible (i.e., learning VR) is pretty much a prerequisite to surviving in the MT field today.
