It's very sad that people like this can make our jobs miserable. Life is just too short to deal with people like this. There are much nicer owners manager out there, but it does take quite a bit of time to find that right job especially in this type of business. I think that's why we see so many companies keep advertising over and over again for MTs because they have such a high turnover. If they would have good management skills and learn to have good management skills with the MTs then maybe they would not have to advertise constantly on a week-to-week basis. That's my opinion in this crazy field.....and especially with this crazy owner we are talking about. Good luck. I'm glad we both are out!!!!
