It should definately be illegal, but Focus isn't the only company that does this. Medquist used to do it as well, that was years ago, not sure about now and I have heard of other companies doing it. That's why I don't work there and I refuse to work for a company that does that. I'm not gonna spend my time whole day checking for work and being required to be in front of a computer and not getting paid for it.
