I could have wrote your post. Same thing happening to me (and it has also happened in the past with a different employer). Problem with me has gotten a lot worse since the hiring of several new MTs on the account.

I have a vacation scheduled in about a month, after that I am going job hunting. I don't have any answers -- I think companies will do what they feel they have to do to get the work done (although apparently not working with my company since they have an ad on the job board at least once a week and can't keep MTs).

I am not telling you to quit -- everybody's situation is different, but in my case, the last time this happened it was the best thing I could have done. At least you are appreciated as a good MT at a new company for a few years, until they start to dump on you.
