Communicate a lot with e-mail (100s a day that don't even pertain to you) and IM = Mandatory. If you are not on IM they will call you to ask why not.

Conference calls = Mandatory.

QA staff = Condescending, arrogant, inconsistent, and nitpicking especially under new guidelines where they WILL deduct points for commas and semicolons. I would say that a good 25% of the time QA is wrong and have to be corrected. A lot of the QA folks seem to have personal blogs on the web that are FULL of grammatical and spelling errors. Complete joke.

I would never ever work at OSi again. I would rather work a minimum wage job. No amount of overtime (since they can't seem to keep decent MT's for any period of time) is worth it.

If you are a newbie, learn from their newbie program and then move on to a company that really appreciates you.
