They will pay newbies 2cpl, maybe 3cpl.  There is often no work, depending on what account you are on. And, yes, if you began working on February 1st...you will not be paid until the middle of March for the time worked during the month of February.

I would only take a job there as a newbie if I were desperate for experience and had a husband who could pay all the bills.  If you need money to meet monthly obligations..this is not the place for you.  I had a QA person on my team who would run a Word spell/grammar check.  Anything that popped up during the check...she changed.  Any idiot knows that all the 'errors' that pop up during a spell/grammar check are not right.  Sheesh!
