But 90% of the 30% really are pretty good. I've had lots of American doctors who were much worse than the hardest ESL at TransTech. As far as I know, the accounts they have don't use bold or underline, but you don't get paid for caps. Not really an issue though if you use an expander. When I started for them a year ago I also posted here and questioned if I made the right decision, I was told to go for it, I wouldn't regret it ... and I haven't, neither will you.
