They now require you to work a Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday schedule. I believe it used to be only 2 weekends a month; however, you work the hours your want to work. It is statutory employee status, which means they tax out part of your taxes. It's a very nice company to work for. I no longer work there...left a couple of weeks ago...only due to serious illness within my family.
