into your address bar and go to it? I got that to work for me instead of linking from MDI. The suggestions I had gotten in the email had not worked either. I googled Bayscribe and clicked on the secure login (I think it was the second bayscribe link, first one was login for a specific account). Anyway, I finally got to log in and can work now. Hope they get this fixed for us all soon!
