Same thing happened to me. My thought is they want the higher paid MTs out and the lower paid MTs in. I was with them for 4 years and in the past 1-1/2 years was squeezed with no work situations very frequently. I just bit the bullet and found greener pastures. I could not take it anymore. Personally, having to sit and wait for someone to route work to me is not my cup of tea. I dealt with it for 4 years because the pay was decent. I don't think you are being paranoid. There is something definitely going on, but I can not put my finger on it. Quite frankly, since I left, I haven't really thought about until I just read your post.

I really don't have any advice other than start looking around for something else. Good luck!
