If doing 100% listen to all reports, you should be paid hourly. I believe the going rate is $12-18 per hour. I would only do fill in blank on a per line basis. I believe 4.5 to 7-8 cpl is the norm. Companies vary. I would look elsewhere. I know Medquist pays hourly (employee, $14-16 I think) and reports are a mixture of both. Sten-tel pays hourly ($14 I think) but not a lot of work I hear. Also, they hire for IC only I believe. I would definitely check elsewhere. Good luck to you.
