I really get tired of these posts bashing certain companies. If you're so smart, why don't you start up a company. Let's see how easy you think it is then to run a company: Get a bank loan somehow. Buy and set up your electronic equipment. Lure in clients, hire qualified people to do the transcription work and IT stuff. Make sure everything is working right. Get clients to pay. Be an expert or pay experts to do all the payroll, tax and benefits stuff. Attempt to keep employees happy and TAT within promised timetable. Work out vacation time. Listen to employee and client complaints day in and day out, some of which are valid and some of which are undoubtedly unrealistic, and be nice all the time so they won't quit you in a snit.

Then compare that to sitting at home and transcribing. Transcribing well is not easy, but it isn't nearly as complicated. I think I am working for an honest company that is doing a good job in a tight economy/difficult business with a lot of competition, and it is really annoying to see people try to make them look bad. If the complainers don't like them, go build your own dream company. Then see how you feel when people stomp on your company name.
