I think they are referring to those certain people who automatically put on gloves when someone says something that doesn't agree with them, i.e., calling them management, etc.
It's the immaturity that is the problem - not those who are giving their honest opinion (good or bad).
It is one thing to give your opinion and a whole 'nother ballgame to criticize others for giving their's (good or bad).
Just my opinion though!!!
