When I was looking for a new company about 8 months or so ago, I got so many low ball offers from different companies that it was sickening. I have a lot of experience in this field, and I was getting offers between 7-8 cpl. I finally got lucky enough to get with a company who offered me 9.5 cpl, so I plan on sticking with them as long as I possibly can!
