ULD, as long as it is not residential. With residential, the first 5,000 minutes a month is free, then 5 cents per minute afterward, whereas with small business internet/phone it is unlimited minutes. You also get much better tech support, service, etc. No long hold time or outsourced calls. More expensive but worth it.
