is report the company. IRS will get them. It does not matter whether you pull work work off of their system or not. You are working IN YOUR STATE for them. If they are not withholding taxes, report them to your state. If they are withholding Federal taxes, they should withhold state taxes. I know what I am talking about. I took it to my CPA and he reported the company. I won't do state taxes if I am an employee. It is not my job. It is the job of the employer. I have had several employers from Florida and other states with no state taxes and in all cases, they have taken out state taxes. One claimed they are exempt. Not so. They will find out when they get the bill.
