some MTs are more skilled in a certain work types, OPS, Radiology, specialty clinic, basic 4, and some MTs are hired to do one work type like OPS.  I think cherry picking would be more like signing off no matter what work type when the length of the job is long, the authors is difficult, etc.  Just because an MT only does OPS does not mean the MT is cherry picking jobs.  For all you know, they may have been hired to do OPS.
