This is something that MTSOs do frequently - hire when the workload is heavy - during vacation times, etc. and then there comes the day when there is no work - rarely do they indicate that they are overhiring for this reason - they just let you take the job and then when there is no work out there - it's too bad so sad. Some honesty from them would be refreshing.
