finding your own accounts if you don't need benefits. Since you've worked in-house, you might send fliers to some of those physicians who might know your name and/or work. 12 cpl is an average rate for transcription services, a cent or two more or less depending on your area, whereas I believe that rate is harder to find working for nationals or in-house.
