Yes, you receive transcription with C-phone that can be rented for $30 a month and you pay your long distance. I used AT&T phone cards, One Suite, or Vonage and still had no problem making good money. The platform they use is wonderful and a lot of things are already set up for you, so you get "free" characters. They reward good MTs.
