I have had to delete printed by VR with conversations between the doctors, a phone call where the doc is making plans for the party after his shift (that was a good one) and the whole message the hospital has on their system about their facility when the doc doesn't hang up the phone correctly and the phone system kicks in. GRRR. You are so right, defintely a flawed system sometimes and no $$$ in my pocket for this type of editing.
