Both, but if you want to have work on regular basis without jumping around don't bother. They over-hire all the time. They change your pooling around so that your lph drops which deterimines what kind of bonus you can earn. Their QA is lazy and wants you to fill in the blanks ... what are they for? Their insurance is pretty low but you have to work 35 hours a week which they don't have work for and their deductibles are big.
