I can't speak for the charter phone line, but can for their internet-- no probs whatsoever, very, very seldom, and that is usually when there are monster storms, and even then it is fixed in a jiff.  Their phone system should run smooth as the cable, I would think.  Good luck!!

I would also like to hear from someone with Charter
I just ordered it for when I move at the end of the month. The rep that I talked to asked her supervisor if it is truly unlimited or if there was a cut off at 5000 minutes. She came back to relay that the supervisor it was truly unlimited with no 5000 minute cap, but I would still like to hear from someone with Charter about their experience.

ATT put the number of my minutes on my last month's bill (almost 10,000) LD minutes, so I guess they are getting ready to hit me up for overusage. Hope I move before that happens!
Just to be sure does anyone actually use Charter Cable and it works? Thanks! (nm)

I have Charter Cable for phone, internet and cable and love it. No worries about big bills. sm
Their service is not great but I have not had to call since I was set up 2 years ago, so it does not bother me. My whole block uses it and we are all very happy!
