they run out of work constantly.......communication between management and typists is not good.....worked there for years and even though the company does have its good points, they just laid off a bunch of people and the stability is not there.....save yourself the aggravation.......

MDI employees. I feel for you. One warning - you will get ADHI shoved down your throat
daily. I am so sick of that organization that has done nothing but help send more work offshore. But Transcend seems to love it. I will not be surprised when we are all required to become CMTs, even though it will not change the quality of work being done. It is just one more thing to have to buy, just to make the fat cat at the top fatter.
