They do pay by the keystroke and i was started out at what equals to be a little more than 9 cents a line and 10 cents a line on the weekends.  I am still getting familiar with doctors, procedures, etc. so I am just starting to make it to production level.  It does seem that getting paid by the keystroke is a more fair way to pay though.  They did provide me with a foot pedal and I don't know anything about C-phone so I don't think they use that for the particular account I am on.  I will say that their preemployment test was by far the hardest one I have ever taken.  Great place to get in if you can!
