I have been with this company for about 2 weeks and have been put on about 5 different accounts, because I run out of work within 1 to 2 hours after beginning my shift. Besides that, QA has been inconsistent, I do 1 thing 1 way and 1 person says its correct and then another says its wrong.

At my company, not MDI, MTs are graded. sm
The accounts are leveled, but so are the MTs; even MTs on the same account. If you are considered a very good MT, ability to do all report types and, at top pay, you get garbage over the weekend and holidays, usually when they might have less experienced MTs working.

Just the way it goes.
