know they are paid for headers and footers?  I cannot be certain, but I thought they were paying the MTs by the same line count they are paid.  As far as others being negative, (I hope everyone does not take this negatively) do not take on what others think and post personally.  Be who you are and have your own experience for who you are with the company and not others.
