went from 300+ an hour to 150 and i HATE it! what i've done is keep searching until i find where i'm comfortable making what i need to make...it's not the ideal way i'd go about job searching but so far it has worked...i've landed one in the field i love and think it is going to put me back where i want to be...my advise...DON'T give up...keep looking ;)
