I am not a prune face. I am only 34 years old, and I am not quite sure why you keep insinuating that I am old. If this conversation was happening face to face YOU probably wouldn't have any teeth...

It's not like they're going to WANT to deal with the headaches from all the MDI'ers who are going to complain about their pay decrease when it eventually happens (and it WILL).
Easier for them to get a whole new crew to hire at 7 or 8 cents a line while the ones who think they'll get better somewhere else go ahead and quit.
What do they care? You'll be doing them a favor by leaving now (or fairly soon).
It would not cost them their jobs. They are just lying through their teeth. Get real, please.

I cut my teeth on difficult dictators and acute care. I think that is why I am an excellent MT. If
easy report types, easy docs, who would the other work go to? If I whined about a doctor, my boss gave me that doctor exclusively until I got him/her down. Maybe we should stop treating newbies with kid gloves and expect more.
